Do You Take Custom Cake Orders?
Yes! We love creating unique cakes for all occasions. Just give us a call or visit our website to discuss your design and flavor preferences.

How Far in Advance Should I Order a Custom Cake?
Due to the large demand at The Boujie Bakery, we suggest ordering your custom cake as soon as possible but officially please order 10 days before your event date (there is no date guarantee for specialty custom cakes, please review terms and conditions)

How Far Does The Boujie Bakery Delivery Range Extend for Preorders and Cake Delivery?
We will deliver for up to 25 miles out from our locations. For our location information, please check our Contact Page.

Do You Offer Any Product for Customers With Dietary Restrictions?
We make non-dairy items such as milkshakes and ice creams upon request. Almond milk is the preferred milk used. We offer nut-free options for cupcakes and cakes. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs when placing your order.​
All items may be subject to allergen exposure such as including nuts, gluten, and dairy.

What Are Your Hours of Operation?
Our Retail Store Located at South Park Mall is Open from Monday through Sunday 12 pm - 7 pm. Our Euclid, Ohio Location is not a retail location, pick up only.

What kind of flavors do you offer?
We have a wide selection of flavors for our cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and brownies. We also feature seasonal specials throughout the year! Check out our Preorder page for more flavor and product information.

Do you use any artificial flavors or preservatives?
We strive to use natural ingredients whenever possible. We can provide a full list of ingredients upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, debit cards, Afterpay, Cash, and Squarepay.

How long will my cake/cupcakes stay fresh?
Our baked goods are always made fresh daily. We recommend storing cakes and cupcakes in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Brownies and cookies can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
